Howdy!
It’s an incredible honor to serve as your 2025–2026 Federation President. This year, I’m proud to dedicate our efforts and annual directory to the Texas A&M University Board of Regents—the top leaders who guide our university’s growth and impact.
The Texas A&M System is one of the largest in the nation, serving over 165,000 students and contributing more than $1.5 billion in research annually. As Aggie Moms, understanding this leadership helps us see how truly far-reaching our support is.
We’ll continue our mission—raising scholarship funds, delivering goody bags and Puppy Hugs, and supporting mental health initiatives. But this year also brings something special: a renewed focus on our legacy.
As Texas A&M nears its 150th anniversary in 2026, and the Federation prepares for its 100th in 2028, we’re launching an Aggie Mom Impact project to collect and share stories from our clubs across generations. These powerful moments—of moms stepping in during storms, hospital visits, or everyday encouragement—deserve to be remembered.
My own passion runs deep. My 4th great-grandfather, AJ Rose, served as the President of the Board of Regents from 1888-1896. His advocacy helped shape Texas A&M into what it is today, and his story reminds me that each of us plays a part in this incredible journey.
We are truly Better Together—and every one of you matters.
With thanks and Gig ’em,
Nancy Skokan
